Lydig has had the pleasure of working with Food Services of America on a number of occasions, as they have expanded their facilities throughout the western United States. This $10 million distribution center consists of a new 244,000 SF warehouse and corporate office facility, as well as a 6,400 SF truck maintenance facility. Primarily featuring refrigerated high-piled storage, the warehouse was designed with innovative applications for this type of facility.
