When Puget Sound Energy relocated its corporate office, Lydig Construction had the pleasure of developing their new five-story space. Located in a 14-story building in the heart of Bellevue, Washington, this project was one of our Special Project Group’s largest tenant improvements. Designed in an “open-office” format the 116,000 SF space was also a pilot project for the LEED-Commercial Interiors program (LEED CI).
