Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. (SEL) World Headquarters is a 90,000 SF structure that is SEL’s new “front door” and houses several divisions of the company. The five story office building is built on a 26,000 SF footprint and was completed in 11 months. The primary structure includes cast in place columns and a structural steel roof. The building is built on a 92 acre parcel adjacent to the existing SEL buildings in Pullman. This parcel also includes a new event center and manufacturing warehouse, both built by Lydig Construction.
