Sports and Rec Center, Eastern Washington Universtiy

The Eastern Washington University Sport and Recreation Center is a 77,000 SF structure that provides a place for students to be involved in a wide range of activities. The center houses standard fitness and strength training components, locker rooms, and a gymnasium along with several other unique features such as a climbing wall and ice rink. Students also have access to a new food court and sports bar within the complex. Built on a tight campus, a pre-cast concrete parking structure helps handle the popularity of the facility. This project received LEED Gold Certification from the USGBC.
