Lydig Construction completed this 17,000 SF kitchen and dining hall remodel for WSU in 2004. Work includes a complete interior demolition of the existing dining hall on the first floor and installation of new drywall, flooring, wall coverings, windows, booths & kitchen equipment.
The new design features exhibition-style food preparation and service in an intimate, restaurant style seating arrangement.
