Coyote Ridge Corrections Center

This $192 million Design/Build joint venture project consists of a group of buildings in a “compact campus” style arrangement with related site development and utilities. The program includes approximately 508,000 sf of medium, segregation and hybrid housing with a total of 1,892 beds. Work also includes design and construction of required infrastructure including water, sewer, electrical, gas, low voltage services, security fences, security lights and roads. Beyond the cell blocks, the facility has administration, medical, dental, and gym areas as well as industrial kitchen and laundry facilities. This project received LEED Gold Certification from the USGBC.
