This project consists of a 98,672 SF hospital and 18,115 SF medical office building. This GC/CM project involved completion of the medical office building and construction of a one story structural steel and light gauge steel framed hospital building with brick veneer, aluminum windows, EIFS and metal wall panels, built-up roof membrane and standing seam metal roofing.
